HR & Recruitment Intern
DeepCiphers is inviting undergraduate students to gain practical HR experience through a structured 3-month internship focused on recruitment and team coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with posting job openings
- Review applications and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews with applicants
- Maintain candidate records
- Assist with employee onboarding
- Support daily HR activities
- Manage recruitment documentation
- Help with internal team communication
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
- Interest in HR and recruitment
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a team
Nice to Have:
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job platforms
- Interest in Human Resource Management
- Participation in university societies or student activities
Experience:
- Undergraduate students and fresh graduates are welcome. No previous work experience is required.
